He was predeceased by: his wife Nola Kinsler Stewart; his parents, Alex Stewart and Margie Trent Stewart; and his siblings, Mary Nichols, Alvada Stewart, Sadie Williams, Sam Stewart, Vol Stewart, Foye Stewart, Lloyd Stewart, Milum "Mutt" Stewart and George Stewart.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherry; his son-in-law Bill Petrous; his sister Edith Roberts; and his grandson Nathaniel Petrous (Maryssa). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close family and friends.
