He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliff Rogers and Lucy Rogers; his half-brother Jimmy Meek; and his stepdaughter Cheryl Rice. He is survived by: his spouse Pat Rogers; his daughters, Tonya Mann (Ronnie), Roxanne Moser (Jake) and Marsha McNeil (Joe); his grandchildren, Jake Mann, Cailey Mann, Jarrett Moser, Jackson Moser and Jonas Moser; and his siblings, U. M. Rogers, Nellie Greer and Ginger Cantwell.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be given to the building fund at Lebanon Baptist Church, 7925 Greenbriar Road, Talbott, TN 37877.
