With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emmit Triplett (Morristown, Tennessee), born in Blowing Rock, North Carolina, who passed away on May 6, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Triplett and Rev. Carl Triplett; his brothers, Tom Triplett and Charles; his sister-in-law Joy Triplett; his sister Martha; and his brother-in-law Dean Trent.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Sue Triplett (Hatfield); his child Chris Triplett (Donna); his granddaughter Hannah Grace "Gracie" Triplett; his siblings, William Triplett (Becky) of Sylvania, GA and Mary Dunn (David) of West Point, GA; and his sister-in-law Judy Triplett of Rincon, GA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers contributions or donations be made to Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice for the service and care provided during this challenging time.
