She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Louis D. Starnes; her parents, Jake Rogers and Helen Rogers; her children, Jeff Starnes (Alice), Todd Starnes (Donna) and Vickie Fowler (Craig); her grandchildren, Megan Burchfield (Adam), Kendall Carter (Paul), Andrew Fowler (McKenzie), McKenzie Lyons (Kurt), Hannah Starnes, Louis Starnes II and Emily Starnes; and her great grandchildren, Jensen, Kaylee Carter, Lincoln Burchfield, Hudson Fowler and Kayden Lyons.
