She was predeceased by: her parents, William Walton and Isabel Walton. She is survived by: her children, Susie Concepcion and Richard Barlow (Renee); her husband Jose Cotilla; her grandchildren, Austin Concepcion (Emma), Mason Tomblin, Brandon Ramsey, Brianna Hrindich, McKenzie Mazur, Savannah Barlow, Toby Barlow and Tyler Barlow; and her sister Darlene Bowser (Jim). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
