She was predeceased by: her husband Dewey Ray Boyd; her parents, Willard Smith and Zania Smith; and her siblings, Patricia Sawyer, Veglonia Brockwell, Albert Smith and Jake Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia Boyd Howington, Michael Boyd (Tonia), Tommy "Tony" Boyd (Tammy), Tina Coffey (Bobby) and April Lane (Frankey); and her niece Annette Collins.
