It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edgar Samples (Morristown, Tennessee), who passed away on March 30, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee Samples and Irene Samples; his significant other Hazel Bell; his siblings, Glenn, Mack, Clyde Samples and Ola Mae Robertson; and his grandsons, Travis Samples and Stephen Bond.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Eric Bond (Jessie), Alex Bond, Samantha Long (Gary), Rebecca Shyu (Eric), Ryan Samples (Ryan), Rachel Samples and Will Samples; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Mutter and Almeda Bell. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
