He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Gorman; his parents, Ernest J. Gorman and Cora Irene Lane Gorman; his grandson Michael Gorman; and his siblings, Gladys Eddington, James Gorman, John Gorman, Betty Lou McKinney, L. S. Gorman, Joann McKinney, Eva Warner and Shirley Clement.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Gorman (Linda) and Rick Gorman (Diana); his grandchildren, Joshua Gorman (Sarah), Matthew Gorman (Ebony) and Mattea Gorman; his great grandchildren, Trent Lumpkin, Michaela Lumpkin, Josiah Gorman and Mykia Gorman; and his sisters, Georgia Carpenter, Jessie Crockett and Cora Self. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hamblen Memory Gardens (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Russellville, TN 37860).
