Though Duane may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vinson Morris and Janet Morris; and his brothers, Paul Morris and Joby Buckingham. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Morris; his siblings, Dexter Morris, Phil Morris (Marty), Tom Buckingham (Sharon) and Melissa Sellars (Lester); and his close friend Lowell Caudill.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Westside Chapel Funeral Home, Inc. (3521 W Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Sandlin Cemetery.
