She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Thompson and Bessie Thompson; her brother Kyle; her sister-in-law Vera Thompson; and her sister Mary Nell Gann.
She is survived by: her daughters, Robyn Rutledge (Robert) and DanNell Cameron (Adone Atkins); her grandchildren, Alexa Kate Campbell (Chris), William Andrew Rutledge and Landon Cameron; her great grandchild Adelynn Campbell; her grandson Ian Blaylock (Monica); her niece Tracy Clapp (Todd); and her nephews, Tony Thompson (Jan) and Tom Thompson (Amy). She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home (200 Jaybird Rd, Morristown, TN 37814). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Mt. Airy United Methodist Church Cemetery (2500 Fish Hatchery Rd, Morristown, TN 37813).
