She was predeceased by: her husband W. C. "Dub" Mills, Jr.; her grandsons, Randall H. Elkins II and Braxton Cole Mills; her parents, Charles Cody and Pearl Cody; and her siblings, J. B. Cody, William B. Cody, Shirley Cody Sutherland, Juanita Cody and Norma Reams.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Hal Elkins (Marguerite), Elaine Elkins and Benjamin C. Mills; her stepson Anthony Mills (Mary); and her brother Charles Cody (Barbara). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
