He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Sr. Turley and Grace Wagner Turley; and his siblings, Jimmy Turley (Evelyn), Bill Turley (Jean), Charles Turley (Bobbie), Doris Helton (Ray), Polly Wilson (Ike), Celia Turley and Lois Turley.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Patty Turley; his children, Bobby Turley (Pam), Susie Norton (Terry), John Turley (Tracey) and Bart Turley (Sherry); his grandchild Allison McFall (Jaron); and his great grandchildren, Annabeth, Amanda Turley, Gena Norton and Jack Turley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
For all persons in attendance, facial coverings and social distancing will be required.
