He is survived by: his fiancée Debbie Jenkins; his daughter Misty Henley; his grandchildren, Rodney Shrader (Amy), Katrina Dukes, Samuel Bittinger, Isaac Bittinger, Jacob Bittinger, Sara Dukes, Daisy Dukes, Brooklyn Shrader, Xavier Ball, Zander Ball and Yalija Ball; and his sister Kim Cupp.
