He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Phillips and Bonnie Phillips; his siblings, Linda Sue, Brenda Kay Phillips and Darrell; and his sister-in-law Barbara Phillips.
He is survived by: his aunt Carolyn Holt; and his niece Rachel Clabough (Sean). He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (1826 Ivy Ln, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, August 29th 2024 at the Heath's Chapel Cemetery (411 Heath Chapel Ln, Bean Station, TN 37708).
