He is survived by: his wife Clara Mae Wolfe Phillips; his children, Cheryl Sharp (Dan), Terry Phillips (Amanda) and Russell Phillips; his grandchildren, Ashley Paige Hillis (Dano), Heather Woodard (Jonathan), Shelby Phillips and Daylon Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Cohen, Casen, Ryan and Sawyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
