With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Dickerson (Morristown, Tennessee), who passed away on July 16, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though David may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those David touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Edward and Beatrice Mink Dickerson; his son Todd Dickerson; and his brother Eddie Dickerson. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dickerson; his sons, Scott "Heather" Dickerson, Jason "Amanda" Shockley and Michael Shockley; and his sister Carol Hughes. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
