He is survived by: his children, Tanika Taylor, Derek Fugate (Stephanie), Aaron Fugate and Daniel Fugate II; his grandchildren, Marley Fugate, Xander Buis, Mac Fugate, Kymer Fugate, Major Fugate and Luna Rae-Ann Fugate; his siblings, Freddie Olden, George Fugate, Coby Fugate, Larry Hester, Rena Olden, Ulinda "Puddin" Fugate, Rhonda Lynn "Susie" Fugate and Jamesina Smith (Arthur); his aunts, Betty Jo Ely, Sarah Dorothy Campbell, Rosalyn Thompson, Courtney Thompson and Shama Thompson; and his former wives, Crystal Fugate and Carol Sue Gregory-Fugate. He is also survived by friends and family.
