He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Smith and Blanche Smith; his brother Gordon Smith; and his nephew Steve Silver. He is survived by: his sisters, Katherine Mahan of Talbott, Doris Standifer of Talbott and Willistene Cannon (Charles) of Talbott; his niece Kim Thompson (Bruce) of Rutledge; his nephew Anthony Smith; and his sons, Brice and Logan of Morristown.
