He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry, Mary Balaban and Ann Janota. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Balaban; his daughter Melody Ellison (Erik); his parents, Chester Balaban and Charlotte Balaban; his brother Cary Balaban (Barbara); his parents-in-law, John and Darby Jepson; his brother-in-law Sean Jepson (Lori); and his nephew Keegan Jepson. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
