She was predeceased by: her father Harold Collard. She is survived by: her mother Rosemary Collard; her husband Paul Edward Howard; her children, Kami Dixon (Scotty) and Paul Clinton Howard (Rachel); her grandchildren, Trey, Aria Dixon and Jackson Howard; her brothers, Dennis and Scott Collard; and her nephew Austin Collard. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
