It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cleopatra Adkins of Morristown, Tennessee, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Melvin "Bud" Adkins; her mother Norma Jean Belcher; and her brother Andrew Jackson Belcher. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Adkins Barnett (Chris) of Russellville, Dawn Adkins of Mt. Pleasant, Wisconsin and Carmie Adkins (Holly) of Algonquin, Illinois; her grandchildren, Justin Adkins (Cole), Brandon Lee Adkins and Kaitlin Adkins; her great grandchild Tracy; her grandchild Drema Adkins; and her close friends, Tom, Cheryl Lily and Zeth Young.
