She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Goins and Agnes Goins; her daughter Teresa Goins Davis; and her granddaughter Meah Monea Davis. She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Ann Goins, Gary Lee, Michael and Christopher; her siblings, Linda, Carolyn, Ida "Tuni" and Benny "Hawkeye"; her friends, Yvonne Smith, Tiffany, Sophie Snodgrass, Peggy Jo Hester and Gail Miller; and her cousin Eugene W. Cox. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home (146 E Main St, Morristown, TN 37814). A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home (146 E Main St, Morristown, TN 37814).
