He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Mullins and Myrtle Mullins; and his siblings, Tommy of Hubert, J. W, Doyle, Charlie Mullins and Betty Bolden.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda J. Mullins; his children, Angel Arrington (Byron) and Adam Mullins (McKenzie); his grandchildren, Emma, Jacob, Bella Arrington, Paxton and Grayson Mullins; his sister Blanche Bolden; and his close friends, Dave Carroll, Larry Dalton and George Love. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home (200 Jaybird Rd, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Historic Bethesda Cemetery.
