She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne E. Blevins; her parents, Wallace Bell and Blanche Baskerville; and her sister Dena Bell. She is survived by: her children, Michael Blevins (Jessica) and Kendra Blevins; her grandchildren, Grace Evans, Brie and Mekhi Blevins; her stepdaughters, Debbie Bruce (Jeff), Tanya Hailey and Tammy Blevins-Holmes; her siblings, Barry J. Bell (Jorge), Netfah Bell and Emily McDougald (Neil); her aunts, Mabel Gilliam and Marion Koonce; and her sisters, Dena Greenlee, Louise Quarles, Shelia Clark, Rita Boseman, Tesa McKinney, Debra Robinson and Mary Miller. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
In lieu of plants and flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to The Triple B Family Trust for her grandchildren's college expenses.
