She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Hensley; and her brother Roger Hensley. She is survived by: her husband Ron Hazeltine; her son Christopher (Jennifer Edes); her grandchildren, Baylee, Zane and Easton; her mother Margaret; her brothers, Lloyd (Sandy Hensley) and Larry Hensley; her stepchildren, Shannon, Jessica and Kaci; and also Faye Robinson. She is also survived by step-grandchildren, as well as special friend.
