He was predeceased by: his parents, Lon Needham and Ethel Needham; and his siblings, Wayne, Donald, George, Howard, Ray Needham, Margaret Needham and Fern Singleton.
He is survived by: his wife Betty S. Needham; his children, Rebecca L. Potter (Rick) and Jimmy C. Needham; his siblings, Glenn "Fay" Needham (Brenda), Dorothy Keck and Pat Brown (John); his grandchildren, Brandy J. McCarter (Cody) and Jimmy C. Needham Jr. (Jennifer); and his great grandchildren, Carson A. McCarter and Collins R. McCarter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Westside Chapel Funeral Home, Inc. (3521 W Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at the Burch Cemetery (5168 Lone Mountain Rd, New Tazewell, TN 37825).
