He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sharlyn Frankford (Shylen); his children, Bryant N. Frankford (Denise), Burt C. Frankford (Ashley Anderson) and Elizabeth Rayann Horner (Blake Stubblefield); his adoptive daughter Haylee Horner; his grandchildren, Kylie Grace Frankford, Robin Goku Frankford, Christopher James Frankford, Grayson Parker Frankford and River William Stubblefield; his stepgrandchildren, Bela Morales, Paul Morales, Alex Morales, Audrey Morales and Eli Forbis; his siblings, Lisa O'Day, Sue Shifflett, Phil Frankford and Greg Frankford; his siblings-in-law, Shona Hill, Sherry Holmes, Brenda Williams, Jammie Gilbert, Debbie Harris, Edna Dye, Frances Wells, Teresa Frankford, Donna Frankford, Darrell Williams, Pete Gilbert, Doug Hill, Roger Holmes, Tim Shifflett, Steve Wells and Hal Patterson; his stepmother-in-law Jeannie Gilbert-Allison; and his close friends, Jeff Shannon Horne, Shawn Horne, Lowtar Woelki and Randy "Rooster" Atkins.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mt. Vale Church of God (1330 E Dumplin Valley Rd, Jefferson City, TN 37760). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Wolfe-Winstead Cemetery.
