She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rucker and Mabel Rucker; and her siblings, Elaine Sloan and Johnny Rucker. She is survived by: her husband Bobby G. Forby; her daughter Tammie Forby Evans (John); her grandchildren, Chris and Jasmini Evans; her great grandchildren, Jordynn and Kameron; and her siblings, Ken Rucker (Nancy), Paulette Mathes, Debra Rucker, Margaret Rucker and Dorothy McDowell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, friends may come by at their convenience between 9:00 and 11:00 am on Monday, December 28, 2020.
