He was predeceased by: his father LeRoy Purkey; his grandparents, Bruce and Joyce Seals; and his uncle Tracy Seals. He is survived by: his mother Regina "Sissy" Moore; and his siblings, Amber Long, Bradley Seals and Nathan Webb (MaKayla). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
