He is survived by: his parents, Bradley Spivey (Trish) of Nashville and Jody Spivey of Chattanooga; his sister Erin Mitchell (Parker) of Spring Hill; his grandmothers, Patricia Godwin Spivey of Knoxville and Jo Pelham of Chattanooga; and his aunts and uncles, Michelle Spivey O'Neil of Knoxville, Brian Spivey (Julie) of Maryville, Margaret Roberts (Tommy) of Chattanooga, Thomas Pelham (Jody) of Chattanooga and Beth Tucker of Chattanooga.
