She was predeceased by: her husband James Vaughn Williams; her parents, Charlie Foland and Lela Foland; her siblings, Dorothy Williams (Ralph), Bill Foland, Garland Foland and Curtis Foland (Wilma); and her son-in-law Dan Dudley.
She is survived by: her children, Lavonda Dudley and Darrell Williams (Eva); her granddaughters, Amy Harrell (Greg) and Joy Tomlin (Michael); her stepgranddaughter Lisa Kirkland (Robert); her great grandchildren, Zach Harrell (Anna), Alena Harrell and Laylon Harrell; and her sister-in-law Evelyn Foland.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home (1806 Main St, White Pine, TN 37890). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM and on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
