He was predeceased by: his wife Kyla Rowland Mullins; his parents, Rev. H. U. Mullins and Alma Mullins; his grandson Jason Mullins; and his siblings, Elton and Kathaleen.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Mullins (Judy), Bobby Dwayne Mullins, Jr. (Dawn), Campbell Mullins, Allison Rowland Kinard (Chuck) and Barry Rowland (Tammy); his grandchildren, Michael Mullins (Jennifer), Ashley Mullins Seal, Darris Holt, Jackson Mullins, Tre Mullins, Lex Mullins, Abigail Kinard Barrett (Blake), Jennifer Kinard, Isabella Kinard, Holly Rowland, Nelson Rowland, Dustin Carroll and Victoria Winkle; his great grandchildren, Hailey Cupp, Katlyn Mullins, Andrew Barrett, Lyla Barrett, Danny Coat, Christopher Melvin, Jonah Carroll, Eleanor Winkle, Maliah Holt and JaKobie Holt; and his close friends, Tamatha Epps, Lisa Greene and Glenda Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
