He is survived by: his children, Tammie Forby Evans (John), Bobby G. Forby Jr. (Barbara) and Lisa Adams (Sydney); his grandchildren, Chris and Jasmini Evans; his great grandchildren, Jordynn and Kameron; and his siblings, George Forby (Pauline), Ruth Jones of Arizona and Naomi Anderson.
