He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Baxley; his children, Susan Cozart and Tim Baxley (Tiana); his grandchildren, Bo Cozart, Kaylee and Jessica Baxley; his siblings, David Baxley (Dot) and Brenda Phillips (Lynn); his sisters-in-law, Emma Baxley, Brenda Haun (Ted), Linda "Mo" Miller (Dee) and Darlis Hux; and his close friends, Bobby and Margaret McBride.
