We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2023, at the age of 76, Blanche Conley of Morristown, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Collins and Leona Collins; her siblings, Sue Collins and Charles Collins; and her brothers-in-law, Bill Williams, Jerry Moore and Charles Maness.
She is survived by: her son David Conley of Morristown; her grandchildren, Tanner, Haley, Rope and Riggin; her great grandchildren, Mia and Alina; her sisters, Beatrice Maness, Elizabeth Williams, Betty Moore, Charlotte Coffey and Emma Brogan (Larry); her sister-in-law Margaret Collins; her brothers, Jackie Collins (Betty), Allen Collins (Melanie), Michael Collins (Anita), Clarence "Pete" Collins (Elsie) and Fred Collins; her uncle Clyde Kinder (Joyce); and her aunt Tootsie Kinder. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of special friends.
