He was predeceased by: his parents, Milford Seal and Pauline Turner Seal; and his siblings, Agnes Greene, Ray M. Seal, Ralph Seal and Roy Hugh "R. H." Seal.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Webster Seal; his children, Derek Seal and Tracy Seal; his siblings, Ronald Seal, Bonnie Jo Busler, Louise Welch (George) and Bernice Seal; and his nephew Mike Seal. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made to the Cherokee Hills Baptist Church youth fund.
