He was predeceased by: his mother Katie Mae Dalton; his uncle Dean Dalton; his aunt Maxine Dalton; and his grandparents, Luther Dalton, Martha and James Collins.
He is survived by: his son Delbert Collins; his siblings, Danny V. Collins, Joseph Collins, Josh Collins and Amanda Collins; and his nieces, Jaylah, Nevaeh and Amayah. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Westside Chapel Funeral Home for funeral expenses.
