She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Bell and Mabel Bell; her husband S. J. Cooper; her son John W. Cooper; her brother Dr. H. J. Bell; her granddaughter Jessica L. Cooper; and her son-in-law Robert E. Couve.
She is survived by: her children, Janus M. Couve, Joan P. Cooper (Lisa Jones) and Jeff T. Cooper (Susan); her grandchildren, Amanda Couve and Kevin Ransom; her great grandchildren, Vincent and Aubree Palumbo; her brother John Bell; her nieces, Terri Bell Wilson (Matt), Paige Bell Foster (Jason) and Stephanie VonGortler (Justin); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Savannah Bell Wilson, Adelaide Bell Foster, Trey (Alexa) and Henry VonGortler; and her friend Marilyn Taylor. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
