He is survived by: his wife Melanie Black; his children, Maddie, Makinley Black, Lauren Black of Alabama and Scott Black of Knoxville; his parents, Jerry and Pam Black, Sr.; his siblings, Darren Black of Texas and Alison Brooks (Mason) of Texas; his mother-in-law Sonja Wynn of New Tazewell; and his brother-in-law Kenny Wynn of Tazewell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
