She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bertha Thompson and James Thompson; her husband Sam Chadwick; her sister Elsie Vaughn; her granddaughter Emma Spoon; her children, Kristy Hazelwood and Jerry Spoon (Libby); her grandchildren, Lucas Hazelwood, Isaiah Spoon and Katie Spoon; and her siblings, Robert Lynn Thompson (Laura), Kenneth Ray Thompson (Theresa) and Carolyn Vaughn (David). She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
