He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lonnie Jefferson, Eula Jefferson, Sanford Rickard and Phyllis Rickard. He is survived by: his parents, Donald "PeeWee" Rickard and Joyce Rickard; his brother Joel Rickard; his son Trevor Rickard; his niece Rowyn Rickard; and his nephew Brennan Rickard. He is also survived by friends and family.
