He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lee and Sarah McCarter Haley; his parent-in-law Jean Garrett Reagan; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Reagan Schwab. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Rev. Todd Haley (Rhonda), Lisa Haley Frenzel (Shawn) and Amanda Haley Casamayor (Henry); his stepson Mark Masoner; his grandchildren, Anna Haley, Noah, Luke, Logan Frenzel, Ian and Sophie Casamayor; his stepgrandchildren, Erica, Abby and Garrett Masoner; his sister Marjorie Haley Folsche; and his sister-in-law Judy Reagan Lions. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Serenity House Hospice, 421 N High St, Morristown, TN 37813.
