In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Anita had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Anita may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Carpenter and Kate Carpenter (Skelton). She is survived by: her sons, Mike (Anna) and Brent (Tanya); and her grandchildren, Caroline, Grace, Knox and Luke.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mayes Mortuary (444 W Main St, Morristown, TN 37814).
