She is survived by: her children, Keira Ladd of Morristown and Phoenix Lewis of Morristown; her parents, Larry Walker and Tammy Walker of Riceville, TN; her sister Erin Walker of Morristown; her nephew Kameron Bryant of Morristown; her husband Ricky Lewis; and her stepdaughters, Serenity of Bristol, VA, Destiny of Bristol, VA, Jocelyn of Bristol, VA and Laken of Bristol, VA. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
