He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel J. Cureton and Willie Mae Cureton; and his brothers, Harry Cureton and Roy Cureton. He is survived by: his wife Diana Cureton (Rose); his brothers, Samuel Cureton (Paulette) and Jimmy Cureton (Cindy); his daughters, Melissa Brooks (Lee), Amber Koerten (Jonathan) and Serenity Cureton; and his stepdaughters, Debbie Hill (Don) and Sandy Roach (Dave). He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home (200 Jaybird Rd, Morristown, TN 37814). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Hill Church Cemetery (206 Pleasant Hill Rd, Bulls Gap, TN 37711).
