She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles James Mahaffa and Mary Margarette Elam; her husband Donald Paul Bundy; and her brother James Michael Mahaffa. She is survived by : her children, Bradley Lee Bundy and Bridgett Renea Bundy; her brother Horace Rayford Mahaffa; her grandchildren, Justin Lee Morrison, Layla Renae Bundy and Korey Riley Bundy; and her great grandchildren, Briar Lee Buckner, Peyton Clyde Chapman, Kinsey Grace Hunt and Marshall Paul.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Treva's honor to the Dusty Elam Foundation.
