He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Smith Boals of Morrison; his children, Cindy Anderson (Barry) of Morrison and Craig Boals (Stori) of Beech Grove; and his grandchildren, Tommi Lynn Boals, Mason Craig Boals and William LD Anderson.
