He is survived by: his wife Allison Ingels; his daughters, Jackie Clark, Shalyn Sheffield and Brandy Douglas; his siblings, Robbie Ingels, Jamie Ingels, Wayne Kelly Ingels, Shawn Garbia, Chrissy Kacik, Cheryl Ingels Moon, Jana Kudrna, Hope Dershem and Paige Jasso; his grandchildren, Paul Clark and Rachel Clark; and his siblings, Zaria Sheffield and Zaida Sheffield.
