He was predeceased by: his father John Joseph Maddock, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Everett Maddock of Hayesville, NC; his daughter Majestic "MJ" Maddock of McMinnville; his siblings, John Joseph Maddock, Jr. of Texas, Teresa Hatland of Kentucky and Catherine Maddock of Hayesville, NC; and his nephews, Brandon and Drew Hatland.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the High Funeral Home (101 College St, McMinnville, TN 37110).
