It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Naomi Messick of Morrison, Tennessee, who passed away on June 25, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Munlin Howard and Hazel Howard; her sister Betty Garrison; her brother-in-law Beck Adams; and her father-in-law Leon Messick.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin Messick; her children, Michelle Reed of Manchester, Teresa Rigsby (Harold) of Manchester, Angie Dodd (Bobby) of Manchester and Vale Yates of Pikeville; her grandchildren, Travis Reed (Courtney), Cody Rigsby, Chase Rigsby (Audra), Carmack Rigsby, Carah Morgan (Dalton), Lacy Crouch, Shelby Crouch, Myla Dodd, Chandler Yates, Chance Inge and Logan Inge; her great grandchildren, Garrison Reed, Harrison Reed, Wyatt Rigsby and Banklin Morgan; her siblings, Ann Adams, Carolyn Martin (Buster), Mary Lee Bouldin and McCall Howard (Patty); her mother-in-law Mary Lee Messick; and her siblings-in-law, Breda Sissom and David Messick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
